Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience within airlines, MROs, CAMO, or major aviation operators. Specific experience across the following domains is highly relevant:

• AOG & Recovery Management
• MEL / CDL & Deferred Defect Management
• Fleet Technical Performance & Reliability

• Airworthiness, Safety & Regulatory Compliance
• Technical Team & Maintenance Leadership

Ideal Candidate Background

We are seeking professionals with backgrounds in areas such as Airline Maintenance, MCC/MOC, CAMO, Engineering, Powerplant, Line Maintenance, Base Maintenance, Technical Operations, and Fleet Management. Experience with Airbus and/or Boeing commercial fleets is highly valued for this role.
