Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Kitchen Assistant & Counter Crew member to join our restaurant team. You will support the main chef with essential back-of-house (BOH) prep work, maintain a spotless kitchen environment, and step up to the front counter to provide friendly service to our customers when needed.

Back of House (Food Prep & Cleaning)

Ingredient Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, and cut vegetables, sauces, and other essential ingredients for shawarma preparation.
Chef Support: Assist the main chef during busy rush hours with retrieving supplies, restocking food stations, and packaging orders.
Sanitation & Hygiene: Clean workstations, wash dishes, pots, utensils, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen.
Stock Management: Help receive, unpack, and safely store incoming food deliveries and supplies.

Front of House (Counter Service)

Customer Service: Greet guests warmly at the counter, answer basic menu questions, and take accurate food orders.
Order Fulfilment: Assemble or pack takeout orders neatly and hand them to customers with a friendly attitude.
Point of Sale: Step in to operate the cash register, process payments, and handle transactions securely when necessary.
