About the Role

Waad Education Company is seeking a qualified and dedicated Arabic Language Teacher to join our academic team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time position offered on a three-month contract, focusing on delivering high-quality Arabic language instruction to students within a school environment.

Role Overview

The Arabic Language Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing effective Arabic language lessons. This role involves fostering a positive and supportive learning atmosphere, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure comprehensive educational support for all students.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Arabic language lessons tailored to student needs.
• Teach fundamental Arabic language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
• Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, educational activities, and relevant learning materials.
• Assess students' academic progress regularly and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment within the classroom.
• Collaborate effectively with the academic team to support students' diverse learning requirements.
• Perform other teaching and administrative duties as assigned by the school administration.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language, Education, or a related academic field.
• Previous teaching experience in a school environment, with 0-1 years of experience preferred.
• Relevant teaching certification is preferred.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong command of the Arabic language, encompassing excellent communication skills in both written and spoken forms.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with students and colleagues.
• Capacity to manage classroom dynamics and foster an engaging educational setting.
• Availability to commit to a part-time work schedule for the full three-month contract period.

Work Arrangement
