Role Overview: Production Officer

Almarai is seeking a Production Officer to join its team in Makkah, King Abdullah Economic City, or Rabigh. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The Production Officer will lead a self-directed, multi-functional team to ensure the efficient processing and packing of seafood products, including shrimp, salmon, and multi-species fish. The primary objective is to meet company specifications, production targets, and food safety standards, while maintaining product quality, yield, and operational efficiency within established management parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate team members to achieve daily seafood production targets, adhering to product specifications and quality standards.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to ensure all employees perform tasks safely, efficiently, and in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety requirements.
• Oversee seafood processing activities, including cutting, trimming, glazing, grading, and packing, to ensure adherence to yield and quality targets.
• Review production plans in collaboration with the Planning Department to guarantee product availability according to schedules.
• Maximize service to internal customers by ensuring products are delivered at the right time and meet specified requirements.
• Ensure all seafood products consistently meet company quality and safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Production Officer role should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant production or manufacturing environment, ideally within the food and beverage sector, with a focus on seafood processing.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in one of Almarai's facilities located in Makkah, King Abdullah Economic City, or Rabigh. The role involves leading a multi-functional team in a dynamic production setting focused on seafood processing.
