Role Overview: Team Manager

Almarai is seeking a Team Manager to oversee a self-directing, multi-functional team. This full-time role focuses on the manufacture and packaging of seafood products. The position is available in Makkah, Rabigh, and King Abdullah Economic City, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the manufacturing and packaging processes for seafood products.
• Ensure adherence to internal and regulatory standards throughout production.
• Drive continuous improvement in production efficiencies.
• Maintain a safe working environment within the production area.

Required Experience and Duties

• Lead and support the implementation of corrective actions in collaboration with department managers.
• Actively participate as a member of the HACCP team.
• Oversee the successful commissioning, verification, and trials of new equipment.
• Maintain health and safety standards within the department by conducting regular risk assessments.
• Perform plant inspections as required.
• Conduct GMP audits as necessary.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating the ability to manage teams and processes effectively within a manufacturing environment. This role requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
