The Opportunity: Senior Team Manager

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager for a full-time position in Hail. This role involves managing a self-directing, multi-functional team within the poultry processing operations. The objective is to ensure efficient intake of birds and processing of poultry products to meet internal customer requirements, adhering to defined product specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-functional team to ensure efficient intake of birds.
• Oversee the processing of poultry products to meet internal customer demands.
• Ensure strict adherence to defined product specifications.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a self-directing team.
• Experience in poultry processing or a related food manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Understanding of quality and safety standards in food production.
