The Opportunity

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager (Manufacturing) to join its operations in Jeddah, KSA. This full-time role is part of a dynamic multinational team, contributing to the group's growth plans driven by an expansion program and acquisitions in new vertical markets.

Core Purpose of the Role

The Senior Team Manager is responsible for initiating, identifying, managing, and following up on all continuous improvement initiatives. This includes addressing issues triggered by customer complaints, non-compliances, delivery non-compliances, rejects, dumps, and hygiene audits, by ensuring a proactive approach to operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and identify opportunities for continuous improvement within manufacturing operations.
• Manage and oversee the implementation of continuous improvement projects.
• Follow up on all improvement actions stemming from customer feedback and internal audits.
• Address and resolve issues related to non-compliances, product rejects, and waste.
• Ensure a proactive approach to operational improvements, particularly concerning hygiene and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage continuous improvement processes.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the food and beverage sector.
