Cluster Sales Manager

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Cluster Sales Manager to join its team in Makkah. This full-time role involves generating and managing group sales, contributing to the overall guest experience, and supporting the hotel's profitability. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new business by researching, prospecting, and qualifying leads through proactive outreach and database mining to drive group sales and exceed lead generation goals.
• Build and maintain client relationships, serving as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts, and developing new ones to grow room revenue and overall profitability.
• Develop targeted sales strategies by analyzing hotel and market trends to create and execute business plans and marketing initiatives that capture demand and meet sales goals.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process, including preparing proposals, conducting site visits, negotiating terms, and securing contracts tailored to client needs while maximizing revenue.
• Manage booking details, coordinating customer requirements for rooms, food and beverage, and meeting spaces, and ensuring accurate and timely entry of account and reservation information in the hotel’s sales management system.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a relevant sales role.
