Role Responsibilities

As a Duty Engineer, you will oversee and manage all aspects of maintenance operations to ensure the property's systems are functioning efficiently and safely. This includes adherence to maintenance schedules and coordination with other departments.

Key Duties

• Supervise and control the preventive maintenance schedule for all mechanical and technical equipment.
• Ensure the health and safety standards of the property are maintained.
• Strictly follow the preventive maintenance chart and maintain accurate records for future reference.
• Coordinate effectively with counterparts in other departments to ensure their satisfaction regarding quality and progress of maintenance work.
• Develop and implement departmental training programs for engineering employees, fostering opportunities for multitasking and skill development.
• Distribute work assignments to subordinates based on their capabilities to achieve optimal results and meet specified standards.
