About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join BARAKA for Real Estate Development and Investment as an Executive Secretary. In this role, you will provide and lead support to both internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism, reflecting positively on the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Maintain a daily calendar of meetings and events.
  • Prepare Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents in support of organizational objectives.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for executives and prepare expense reports.
  • Screen incoming telephone calls and deliver accurate messages.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Organize complex calendars and schedules, resolving scheduling issues.
  • Complete ad-hoc projects as assigned.
