About the Faculty Position

Batterjee Medical College is seeking a highly qualified Faculty Member in Obstetrics & Gynecology Medicine to join its Medicine Program. This full-time position is based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview and Program Contribution

The ideal candidate will possess a proven academic record in teaching and learning, alongside expertise in curriculum development. A strong research background in Obstetrics & Gynecology education is essential for this role. The faculty member will be actively involved in academic advising, faculty development initiatives, community engagement, and various administrative responsibilities within the Medicine Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and facilitate courses related to Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Design and implement innovative teaching and assessment strategies.
• Conduct and publish high-quality research in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Provide academic advice and mentorship to students and faculty.
• Develop and enhance medical curricula, learning methodologies, and evaluation systems.
• Participate in faculty development programs and training initiatives.
• Contribute to community engagement and interdisciplinary collaborations.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Head of the Program.

Required Experience and Expertise

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant academic or clinical setting. A strong academic record in teaching and learning, coupled with proven expertise in curriculum development and a robust research background in Obstetrics & Gynecology education, is required.
