This location spans 4,000sqm, features over 200 brands, and offers beauty services and immersive experiences. The company is seeking a Flagship MECCAVERSITY Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview: Flagship MECCAVERSITY Manager

The Flagship MECCAVERSITY Manager will lead the delivery of events, education, and experiences within the dedicated MECCAVERSITY auditorium at the Bourke St Flagship. This role involves coordinating activities that bring together customers, brands, and key partners. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with MECCAVERSITY, Support Centre, and Bourke St teams to plan and deliver events, activations, and experiences for customers, brands, and partners.
• Lead and guide a team to curate and present engaging, educational, and memorable experiences.
• Oversee the operational execution of events and services, ensuring coordination, production, safety, and customer experience.
• Drive commercial performance by aligning the team with key performance indicators and identifying opportunities for engagement and results.
• Champion continuous improvement through feedback, problem-solving, and agility to enhance the MECCAVERSITY experience.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing event delivery is required.

Work Type and Location

This is a contract position for a 12-month fixed term. The role is based in Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and involves working across the MECCA Support Centre and the Bourke St Flagship.
