Alesayi Holding is seeking a Fleet Operations Coordinator to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Summary

The Fleet Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing the regional workforce transport operation during an assigned shift. This includes overseeing bus and vehicle routes between accommodation and client sites, dispatch activities, driver management, and ensuring vehicle readiness and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and dispatch daily workforce transport routes for the assigned shift, consolidating trips and supporting project mobilization and demobilization.
• Monitor vehicle and driver utilization using tracking systems, reporting on idle vehicles, off-route trips, and kilometers per vehicle, and proposing route and fleet optimizations.
• Track preventive maintenance, inspections, registration, and insurance validity for all vehicles, coordinating with the maintenance team to maintain target vehicle availability.
• Enforce driver operating procedures and safety measures, including license validity, rest hours, speed limits, and vehicle checks; investigate incidents and maintain an incident log.
• Allocate drivers for the shift, manage attendance and leave coverage, and ensure clear handovers between day and night shifts.
• Produce shift and monthly fleet reports detailing trips, kilometers, fuel consumption, utilization, availability, incidents, and cost per kilometer.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to supervise and schedule large driver teams.
• Proven capability to resolve same-day operational issues effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain composure under time pressure.

Required Competencies

• Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting utilization and cost data to drive route and fleet improvements.
• Flexibility to work day or night shifts as required by operational needs.

This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and involves managing dynamic fleet operations across various shifts.
