About the Role

The Saudi Sailing Federation is seeking a Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist to join its Marketing Team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role involves contributing to the visual and digital presence of Saudi Sailing through creative design, content creation, and social media management. The position requires 5-10 years of experience.

Role Context

This role focuses on enhancing the Saudi Sailing Federation's brand identity and digital engagement. The specialist will be responsible for developing visual content and managing social media platforms to communicate the federation's activities, including training and events, with an office located by the sea.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead graphic design, branding, and marketing materials for both digital and print platforms.
• Design, schedule, and publish content across all social media platforms.
• Manage social media engagement, including monitoring comments and direct messages.
• Create engaging content, develop captions, and implement effective hashtag strategies.
• Develop and manage social media content calendars.
• Produce motion graphics, promotional videos, and other creative digital content.
• Prepare quarterly social media performance reports and analyze key metrics.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and championships.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in sports marketing, event branding, photography, and social media analytics is preferred.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will join the Marketing Team of the Saudi Sailing Federation. The role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, with an office located by the sea, and is a full-time position.
