Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the housekeeping team, including training, scheduling, and overseeing team members to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms.
• Conduct routine inspections of checkout rooms, spot inspections of occupied rooms, and review service areas, storage, and corridors to verify cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
• Coordinate maintenance needs by reporting and promptly following up on any facility concerns or issues.
• Oversee special projects, including scheduling and supervising periodic deep cleaning and other special housekeeping initiatives.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure the proper maintenance of all housekeeping equipment.
• Ensure excellent service delivery, including accommodating VIP and special guest requests.
