Implementation Engineer

About the Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking an Implementation Engineer to join their team in Makkah, with work locations including Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves deploying, configuring, and integrating software solutions to meet client requirements. The Implementation Engineer will work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful software product implementation, addressing technical challenges as they arise.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that software solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client expectations. This includes managing the technical aspects of implementation, from initial setup to post-deployment support, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Develop detailed implementation plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and risk assessments.
• Prepare and configure necessary software and hardware environments for implementation.
• Install and configure software solutions according to client specifications and project requirements.
• Customize software settings and parameters to align with client business processes and needs.
• Integrate software with existing systems and databases, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Conduct thorough testing of implemented solutions to ensure functional, performance, and security requirements are met.
• Identify and resolve technical issues or bugs during the testing phase.
• Provide training to clients and end-users on effective software usage.
• Create user guides, documentation, and training materials to support client onboarding.
• Offer ongoing technical support to clients during and after the implementation process.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on implementation progress and address concerns.
• Act as a liaison between the client and the technical team.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or developers when necessary.
• Gather feedback from clients and internal teams for process improvement.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures for software implementation.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to software implementation and deployment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of implementation processes, configurations, and changes.
• Prepare regular reports on project status, challenges, and outcomes for management and clients.
• Ensure all documentation is accessible to relevant stakeholders and updated as needed.
• Align all decisions and strategies with company leadership before implementation.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to work flexibly with working hours, including weekends, to meet project deadlines or client needs.
• Willingness to travel to various locations as needed to support project implementations, client meetings, and other business activities.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah. The role requires flexibility in working hours, including potential weekend work to meet project deadlines or client needs. Travel to various locations will be necessary to support project implementations, client meetings, and other business activities.
