About the Role

Saudi Airlines is seeking a Manager Loyalty Data & Insights to lead the AlFursan Data & Insights function. This full-time position, based in Jeddah or Makkah, involves transforming member, commercial, and program data into actionable insights that drive growth, engagement, retention, personalization, and product performance for the AlFursan loyalty program.

Role Purpose and Context

The Manager Loyalty Data & Insights will own the AlFursan KPI framework, performance dashboards, and strategic analysis across the member lifecycle. This role ensures leadership has a trusted and consistent view of commercial and program performance, acting as a key advisor to the General Manager and the wider leadership team. The manager will also lead and develop the insights team and own the function's roadmap and capability agenda.

Key Accountabilities

• Define and own the AlFursan Data & Insights strategy, operating plan, and capability roadmap, ensuring alignment with program and Saudia priorities.
• Own the AlFursan KPI architecture, maintaining consistent definitions and a trusted, program-wide view of member, commercial, product, and operational performance.
• Lead analytical work across the full member lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, engagement, tier progression, retention, churn, earn, redemption, and lifetime value, to build segment-level understanding of member needs, behaviors, and value.
• Ensure major products, propositions, and strategic initiatives have agreed measurement methodologies and benefits-realization plans, providing analytical challenge during concept development and business-case preparation.
• Oversee test-and-learn initiatives and post-launch measurement to improve future design and investment decisions.
• Own the member-research and Voice of the Member agenda, leading quantitative and qualitative research, integrating behavioral data with member feedback, maintaining competitor and loyalty-market intelligence, and managing research agencies and external insight partners.
• Own the strategy and governance for AlFursan dashboards, executive scorecards, and self-service analytical products, ensuring reporting is reliable, automated, and aligned to agreed definitions, reducing manual effort, and building analytical literacy across business stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Data & Insights team, setting analytical standards and fostering a culture of curiosity, commercial thinking, and constructive challenge, with clear accountability and succession plans.
• Manage relevant budgets and external partners within delegated authority, and represent AlFursan Data & Insights in executive forums and cross-functional governance bodies.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in data and insights roles, preferably within loyalty programs or related industries. The role requires a strong analytical background and proven leadership capabilities in managing data-driven functions.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with primary locations in Jeddah or Makkah. The role involves working within a dynamic team focused on enhancing the AlFursan loyalty program.
