Manager Talent Management

About the Role

DP World is seeking a Manager Talent Management to join their team in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role is responsible for designing, leading, and executing an integrated end-to-end talent lifecycle strategy. The objective is to ensure DP World KSA attracts, develops, retains, and deploys the right talent to meet current and future business needs.

Role Purpose and Strategic Alignment

The Manager Talent Management will partner closely with senior leaders to align Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Saudization, and Workforce Planning within the People & Sustainability strategy and operational priorities across DP World KSA. The role is critical in building strong talent pipelines, strengthening leadership and capability development, enhancing internal mobility, and positioning DP World as an Employer of Choice.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated Talent Management and Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with People & Sustainability goals and business objectives.
• Define and oversee talent acquisition strategies for critical, technical, leadership, and national roles, building sustainable talent pipelines.
• Lead the annual succession planning process, identifying critical roles and ready-now/ready-for-future successors.
• Design and govern High-Potential (HiPo) identification processes and develop structured development pathways and leadership acceleration programs.
• Contribute to Employer Value Proposition (EVP) development and design targeted retention strategies for critical, high-performing, and national talent.
• Establish and govern talent analytics frameworks, providing data-driven insights to support workforce and talent decisions.
• Own and manage the Learning & Development function, defining and delivering learning priorities based on talent reviews, succession plans, and capability gaps.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring quality, speed, compliance, and candidate experience.
• Manage assessment tools, psychometrics, and capability evaluations, facilitating calibration sessions with leadership.
• Lead and support structured development programs for Saudi nationals, building national talent pipelines through strategic partnerships.
• Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Organizational Development, and HR Services teams to deliver an integrated talent lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate talent data, dashboards, and reporting, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Talent Management or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and executing integrated talent lifecycle strategies.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership to align talent initiatives with business objectives.
• Experience in leading succession planning, leadership development, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Strong understanding of Saudization objectives and national talent development programs.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves working within a dynamic environment focused on strategic talent development and workforce planning for DP World KSA.
