The Role of Merchandising Supervisor

MBRF is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to join its team. This full-time position is critical for overseeing and executing merchandising strategies designed to achieve key business objectives. The role involves leading operations, managing promotional activities, and developing team capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead merchandising operations and execute merchandising plans to deliver targeted volume and revenue goals.
Manage planograms and promotional plans on a weekly basis in collaboration with the Key Accounts department.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports and conduct meetings to follow up on and guide daily operations with the team and management.
Manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for both the merchandising team and the department.
Maintain records of all market visits conducted with the merchandising team to track their development and progress.
Identify market trends and make sales predictions based on the current status and product popularity.
Develop, coach, and train the merchandising teams to enhance their performance and skills.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Merchandising Supervisor position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in merchandising or a related field. This experience should include demonstrated capabilities in leading teams, managing operations, and strategic planning.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires regular presence and activity within the specified region to effectively manage merchandising operations.
