Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel, is an 86-story hotel located only a few steps away from the Masjid Al Haraam and the Holy Ka’aba. It serves as the focal point of the Abraj Al Bait Complex, part of the King Abdul Aziz Endowment Project, offering authentic hospitality across 1650 rooms in Makkah.
The Role of People & Culture Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated People & Culture Supervisor to join our team in Makkah. This full-time role reports directly to the P&C Manager and is essential for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, fostering positive colleague relations, and maintaining compliance with all relevant policies and governmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Human Resources Department in its daily operations.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting positions, screening CVs, and contacting applicants, as well as scheduling interviews.
- Promote positive Colleague relations through an environment that encourages open communication, trust, and mutual respect.
- Ensure the People & Culture department adheres to all corporate, regional, and hotel policies, procedures, and governmental regulations.
- Provide calendar and administrative assistance to People & Culture Leaders.
- Prioritize telephone calls and manage in-person external and internal visitors.
- Handle requests for lockers, name badges, IDs, Colleague letters, purchase requisitions, and expense reports.
- Compose correspondence for the P&C Department, such as letters and contracts.
- Support internal P&C projects by tracking actions and updating progress reports.
- Maintain and file Employee records.
- Perform general office administration duties, including faxes, mail, phones, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
- Assist with and support colleague events, such as leadership meetings, receptions, and annual events.
- Prepare Offer Letters and Recognition letters for internal promotions and transfers.
- Manage the People & Culture Information System, ensuring data integrity and proper documentation for new colleagues, salary, and designation changes.
- Manage Employee Action Forms, ensuring accuracy regarding vacation entitlements, promotions, and salary changes.
- Process monthly invoices, monthly timesheets, and set up e-mail accounts for new Colleagues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Must be a Saudi national due to local legislation.
- Previous People & Culture experience is considered an asset.
- A minimum of 2 years of administration experience, preferably within a hotel environment.

- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
