About the Role
Andalus Gate Holding is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing daily HR operations. The role involves implementing HR policies, providing support to managers on performance management processes, and ensuring the consistent application of HR practices across the organization. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Monitor compliance with labor regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance workplace culture and organizational effectiveness.
- Prepare HR reports.
- Support training and development programs.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and management.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Demonstrated ability to manage daily HR operations and implement policies effectively.
- Strong understanding of labor regulations and compliance requirements.
Work Environment and Location
