The Product Specialist Role

Tamer Healthcare is seeking a Product Specialist to join its team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving profitable and sustainable sales growth by integrating sales plans for assigned customers and presenting digital healthcare solutions. The specialist will build strong relationships with key decision-makers and collaborate with marketing teams to address specific healthcare challenges, ensuring high customer satisfaction and meeting sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate and align sales plans for assigned customers, preparing action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects within assigned sales accounts.
• Present digital healthcare solutions using compelling business cases focused on ROI, efficiency, and improved patient outcomes.
• Develop profitable and sustainable sales growth through engagement with current and potential customers within assigned sales accounts.
• Build strong and trust-based relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, Medical Directors, Digital Transformation leaders).
• Meet or exceed sales goals and budget as assigned by Sales Management.
• Close and grow sales through professional communication and interaction with current and potential customers.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design targeted digital campaigns specific to healthcare challenges.
• Manage customer requirements by meeting with them to understand, anticipate, and meet their needs.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
• Support customers with technical advice.
• Create and maintain account plans for assigned customers highlighting profile, market share, competition, and value opportunities.
• Identify, investigate, track, and resolve customer concerns or complaints, identify trends, implement solutions, and recommend a course of action on how to mitigate these in the future.
• Provide weekly activity plan and weekly activity report to the management.
• Communicate market requirements and market data with marketing and sales teams.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience and demonstrate a proven track record of achievement. The ideal candidate will bring passion to all tasks, think innovatively, and be proactive in speaking up and sharing ideas.

Work Environment and Professional Expectations

This position requires a minimum of 4* days in the field per week. The Product Specialist is expected to meet all required deadlines, display a consistent and positive attitude, and maintain the corporate image at all times. Demonstrating a positive attitude towards teamwork and taking responsibility for personal and professional development are essential. The role also involves attending and participating in conferences, exhibitions, and other marketing events, and managing expenses as per corporate policy.
