Role Overview

MBRF is seeking a Production Analyst GF to join its team in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on controlling production costs, analyzing performance, and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Control the daily direct cost of products and ensure compliance with target costs.
• Implement control charts to manage the direct cost of products effectively.
• Provide detailed analysis of yield and losses, including the impact of each production line on overall results.
• Ensure that bills of materials (BOMs) align with production processes.
• Analyze BOM deviation results and support corrective actions.
• Verify the accuracy of inventory stocks.
• Prepare anomaly reports for abnormal losses.
• Assist the R&D team in implementing new processes and products on the production line.
• Analyze production performance, propose, and implement projects to increase productivity.
• Control the productivity of production lines and suggest projects for improvement.
• Ensure proper cost rating per line and maintain the correct UEP index.
• Define production line capacities.
• Implement improvements to reduce stoppages.
• Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines and ensure adherence to the BRF Sustainability Plan through routine activities that promote compliance with indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments, connecting actions to sustainable development within the BRF chain.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah.
