Role Overview

2P Perfect Presentation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage complex IT Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and ICT projects. This full-time role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and involves ensuring successful project delivery within defined scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and customer expectations. The Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle, coordinating with customers, technical teams, vendors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex IT O&M and ICT projects throughout their full lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, budget, quality standards, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate with operations teams, technical teams, customers, vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Identify and assess project risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
• Manage project issues, dependencies, escalations, and corrective actions.
• Manage change requests, including impact assessments, approvals, and implementation.
• Coordinate technical activities across IT infrastructure, software, applications, ITSM, and related technology environments.
• Support the resolution of operational and project delivery challenges.
• Ensure effective project handover and transition to operations and support teams.
• Maintain complete project documentation, records, reports, and lessons learned.
• Travel across Saudi Arabia when required to support project delivery and customer requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in IT project management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex IT Operations & Maintenance and ICT projects.
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders, and occasional travel within Saudi Arabia may be necessary to support project delivery and customer requirements.
