Sales & Collection Representative FMCG & Personal Care

About the Role

Bonn Medical Industries, a Saudi-based manufacturer of cosmetics, skincare, personal care, healthcare, and consumer products, is seeking four Sales & Collection Representatives. These full-time positions are based in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia, covering Jeddah, Makkah, and Taif. The role focuses on driving sales growth, expanding customer coverage, and ensuring timely payment collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales and collection targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers while expanding the existing customer base.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, retailers, pharmacies, and distributors.
• Increase product distribution, market penetration, and sales coverage within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular field visits and execute approved sales plans and promotional activities.
• Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
• Monitor customer credit limits, payment terms, and overdue accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer payments, outstanding invoices, and collection activities.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department to reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Prepare accurate sales, collection, and customer visit reports.
• Provide regular market feedback and performance updates to Sales Management.

Market Development and Customer Relations

• Maintain strong knowledge of local market dynamics, customer needs, and distribution channels.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
• Identify new sales opportunities across Jeddah, Makkah, and Taif.
• Address customer inquiries and support the resolution of commercial issues.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in direct field sales and collections within the FMCG and Personal Care sectors.
• A successful track record of achieving both sales and collection targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Western Region market in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience range of 2-5 years is required.
• This position requires direct commercial sales and collection experience; experience limited to medical detailing or scientific promotion without direct sales and collection responsibilities is not sufficient.

Work Environment

This is a full-time field-based role within the sales team, requiring regular travel and direct engagement with customers across Jeddah, Makkah, and Taif.
