About the Senior Media Buyer Role

Mrasim For Marketing is seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Senior Media Buyer to join our team in Makkah or Jeddah. This full-time role requires a professional who excels in analyzing, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns profitably. The ideal candidate will possess a strong specialization in Google Ads, complemented by expertise across various other advertising platforms and a deep understanding of performance marketing principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, setup, management, optimization, and scaling of Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, and Shopping.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant advertising platforms.
  • Develop full-funnel media strategies based on client objectives, target audiences, market conditions, budget allocation, and growth targets.
  • Build and improve account structures, keyword strategies, audience segments, ad copy, creative direction, bidding strategies, and optimization plans.
  • Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining efficiency across key performance indicators such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, revenue, and lead quality.
  • Set up, manage, validate, and troubleshoot tracking through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 for websites, landing pages, and e-commerce stores.
  • Configure conversion tracking, GA4 events, Enhanced Conversions, UTM parameters, Data Layer requirements, and attribution models.
  • Analyze search terms, audiences, placements, creatives, landing-page behavior, and conversion paths to identify opportunities and reduce wasted spend.
  • Apply SEO knowledge, including keyword research, search intent, and on-page optimization, to strengthen paid search performance and organic visibility.
  • Analyze ad and content performance, providing practical recommendations to improve ad messaging, landing pages, service pages, product pages, and e-commerce stores.
  • Collaborate with content, design, development, and account management teams to enhance the customer journey and conversion rate.
  • Prepare performance reports, dashboards, budget recommendations, and actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
  • Support the development of internal performance processes and mentor junior media buyers when required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid media; agency experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing substantial advertising budgets and performance-driven campaigns with clear growth targets.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts, campaign budgets, and performance targets simultaneously.
  • Previous experience working with both commercial and nonprofit/charity organizations.
  • Ability to provide documented results or case studies, including campaign objective, budget range, personal role, strategy, and achieved KPIs.

Technical Expertise

  • Advanced Google Ads expertise across Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, and Shopping campaigns.
  • Strong practical experience with Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
  • Practical experience with conversion tracking, events, Data Layer, Enhanced Conversions, UTM tracking, and attribution.
  • Good knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, search intent, and on-page optimization.
  • Strong understanding of content performance, landing-page optimization, e-commerce content, and CRO principles.
  • Experience with Google Merchant Center, Shopping feeds, Looker Studio, and reporting dashboards is a plus.

Desired Attributes

  • Proven ability to independently troubleshoot tracking issues between Google Ads, GTM, GA4, websites, and landing pages.
  • Strong ability to diagnose underperforming campaigns, identify scaling opportunities, and improve account structure strategically.
  • Experience mentoring junior media buyers or contributing to internal performance processes is a strong advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within a fast-paced agency environment. The role requires an individual who can independently manage multiple accounts and effectively translate performance data into actionable growth decisions.
