Sr. Specialist OD

About the Role

Kidana is seeking a Sr. Specialist OD to join their team in Makkah, Mecca, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves implementing human resources planning policies, procedures, and systems to ensure their efficiency and effectiveness. The specialist will contribute to the development of Kidana's organizational structure and review job analysis models.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in setting strategic objectives for human resources planning within the overall organizational strategy.
• Prepare initiatives and steps for implementing HR strategic objectives and define their performance indicators.
• Propose programs and activities related to the implementation of corporate development standards at the human resources level.
• Measure and evaluate human resources performance according to approved standards and develop recommendations based on results.
• Analyze data and reports from HR databases to set human capital planning objectives.
• Implement and update the organizational structure in accordance with operational model requirements.
• Prepare and follow up on the implementation of career path plans.
• Analyze the current workforce situation and determine future workforce needs, identifying gaps between current and future requirements.
• Develop models to predict the impact of solutions for workforce requirements and gaps.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to implement HR planning policies and procedures effectively.
• Experience in developing organizational structures and reviewing job analysis models.

Reporting and Analysis

The role requires preparing related reports based on the review of job analysis models and contributing to the overall reporting needs of the human resources department. This includes analyzing HR data to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, within the Kidana organization. The role involves working collaboratively to enhance human resources functions and organizational development.
