About the Role

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a Store Design Senior Specialist to lead the planning and execution of store branding, digital, and design innovation projects. This full-time position, based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, involves overseeing initiatives across new store openings, expansions, renovations, and Nahdi Care Clinics. The specialist ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in adherence to approved quality and brand standards. This role also supports commercial initiatives by developing new fixtures, managing vendor execution, and overseeing projects from concept through successful store or clinic opening.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements for pharmacy and clinic branding projects.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Align store branding strategies with commercial and space planning objectives.
• Develop visual branding plans that adhere to Nahdi brand guidelines to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure the proper implementation of store layouts, signage, navigation, and communication materials across new, remodeled, and concept stores, as well as clinics.
• Manage the installation of digital solutions and design innovations, ensuring compliance with approved specifications.
• Oversee the delivery and installation of non-medical furniture for Nahdi Care Clinics, ensuring quality and timely completion.

Project Management and Coordination

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, procurement, marketing, operations, and external vendors.
• Facilitate communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines among all stakeholders.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure the timely completion of assigned activities.
• Manage project budgets and monitor costs to achieve financial targets.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure required resources and services, optimizing resource utilization to maintain project schedules.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and key milestones, identifying and resolving project delays or scheduling conflicts to ensure timely delivery from design through store or clinic opening.

Quality Control and Reporting

• Ensure that all branding and installation activities comply with approved design and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship and project compliance, and monitor supplier production to meet quality and safety requirements.
• Confirm store and clinic readiness prior to opening.
• Act as the primary contact for project stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and project status reports.
• Coordinate project meetings and resolve issues to minimize project risks, implementing contingency plans to address challenges when required.
• Conduct project handovers and evaluate outcomes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Complete financial closure by verifying completed work and installation quality, ensuring all project documentation is completed and maintained according to company standards.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Store Design Senior Specialist role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in store design, branding, or project management, preferably within a retail or healthcare environment.

Work Environment

This role operates within a dynamic environment, with approximately 20% of work conducted indoors and 80% outdoors. The standard working week is 5 days, with 2 days off. Daily working hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour break.
