The Opportunity: Technical Sales Specialist
Waki is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to join its team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The primary focus of this role is to identify prospective clients, effectively present Waki’s cashless payment solutions, and customize technical product demonstrations to meet specific customer requirements.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to proposal preparation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of Waki’s solutions for clients.
- Respond promptly and accurately to both technical and commercial inquiries from potential and existing clients.
Client Engagement and Technical Support
- Provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams to support continuous product improvement.
- Document all sales activities and track performance metrics diligently.
- Represent Waki professionally at meetings, industry events, and client visits.
Required Experience
Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of relevant professional experience. This position is suitable for individuals looking to develop their career in technical sales within the fintech sector.
Work Environment and Location
This is a full-time, on-site position. The role requires presence in our offices located in Riyadh and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with internal teams.
