Job Description

  • Monitoring and Response: Response to alarms, elevator cameras, and security systems to deal immediately with emergencies and detentions.
  • Fire Alarm Management: Directing fire reports, diagnosing their causes, and addressing them urgently.
  • Inspection Rounds: Inspecting safety equipment in the building and restaurant and retail outlets periodically to ensure their efficiency.
  • Licenses and Compliance: Reviewing and issuing civil defense licenses for shops, and monitoring their compliance with safety requirements.
  • Securing Maintenance Work: Supervising shop modifications and freelance work, and providing safety tools before starting work to avoid risks.
  • Occupational Health: Monitoring the adherence of all building workers to wearing personal and occupational protective equipment.
