About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Front Office Host to join its team in Medina. This full-time position is central to delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. The role focuses on providing a welcoming and efficient front office operation for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

During a typical day, the Front Office Host will perform the following duties:

• Greet guests upon arrival and complete the check-in process, which includes verifying details, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and providing welcome materials or bell service assistance.
• Process guest departures efficiently by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts, and accurately utilizing the point-of-sale system.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local area information to assist with guest inquiries effectively.
• Employ up-selling techniques to recommend hotel amenities and maximize room and service revenue.
• Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and manage messages and communications effectively.
