About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Supv II Food & Beverage to join their team in Medina, Al Madinah. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on ensuring optimal service delivery and guest satisfaction within the food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure team collaboration for optimum service and guest satisfaction.
• Inspect staff grooming and attire, addressing any deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and securing areas.
• Monitor storage areas for organization, FIFO adherence, and cleanliness.
• Conduct scheduled inventories and requisition necessary supplies.
• Oversee dining rooms for seating, service quality, safety, and guest well-being.
• Submit work orders for maintenance repairs.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, and motivation of employees.
• Serve as a role model and initial contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy.
• Adhere to all company, safety, and security policies and procedures, reporting incidents and completing required training.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and protect company assets.
• Welcome guests, anticipate needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with others.
• Foster positive working relationships, support team goals, and address employee concerns.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and identify opportunities for efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost savings.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to read and visually verify information in various formats.
• Visual inspection of tools, equipment, or machines for defects.
• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods or an entire shift.
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Grasping, turning, and manipulating objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Navigating narrow, confined, or elevated spaces.
• Moving up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
