Responsible for marketing and selling products from farms, marketing and selling them to target customers and markets, ensuring quality, achieving the best financial return, and efficiently managing distribution and supply operations Job Duties: - Study the market and determine the demand for agricultural products - Analyze prices, competitors, and market trends - Agree on prices and supply terms - Provide market feedback to agricultural management to improve the quality of demanded products. - Organize crop reception operations from farms. - Ensure product quality and compliance with specifications. - Search for new customers such as wholesale markets, stores, hotels, and restaurants. - Negotiate contracts and prices. Required Conditions: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in one of the following specializations (Management, Commerce, Agricultural Sciences). - 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing products or sales in the agricultural field. - Valid driver's license and ability to travel between farms, markets, and regions. - Ability to work in the field and make frequent visits. Required Skills: - Good knowledge of agricultural products and crops is preferred - - Negotiation and sales skills - - Communication and relationship-building skills - - Familiarity with the basics of transportation, storage, and supply chain - - Use of computer programs and report preparation -
