About the Hospital Director Role

مستشفى رقمات التخصصي is seeking a Hospital Director to lead its strategic and operational functions in Najran. This full-time position requires a leader dedicated to achieving excellence in healthcare services, ensuring adherence to all relevant systems and standards, and fostering financial sustainability in alignment with Vision 2030.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the hospital strategically and operationally to achieve excellence in healthcare services.
  • Ensure full compliance with established hospital systems and industry standards.
  • Promote financial sustainability and ensure alignment with the objectives of Vision 2030.
  • Oversee all hospital operational and strategic activities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
  • Build and develop an effective operational team and enhance the organizational culture.
  • Represent the hospital to government entities, community stakeholders, and strategic partners.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and enhance the patient experience.
  • Oversee financial performance and patient care delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree in any health-related field (Administration, Health, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, or equivalent) from a recognized university is mandatory.
  • A Master's degree in Health Administration (MHA) or MBA from a recognized university is mandatory.
  • A Doctorate in Health Administration or Health Management is considered a competitive advantage.
  • Not less than 15 years of experience in the private health sector.
  • At least 7 consecutive years in a Hospital Director or Deputy Director position.
  • Proven experience in hospital administration for facilities with not less than 150 beds in the private sector.
  • A record of achieving financial goals and operational development for no less than 3 consecutive years.
  • Experience in establishing and launching a new hospital is a fundamental advantage.
  • Active leadership of CBAHI or JCI accreditation processes is mandatory.
  • Deep familiarity with NPHIES / CCHI systems and the framework for accreditation and licensing.
  • Proven experience in leading a hospital with not less than 200 beds is a competitive advantage.
  • Experience in managing Profit & Loss (P&L) and budgets.
  • CPHQ, FACHE, or CHAM certification is mandatory.
  • Experience in developing multi-year strategic plans and presenting them to hospital management.
  • Familiarity with Vision 2030 and healthcare transformation programs.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages, written and spoken, at an advanced level.
