Join Alhamroor Group as a Warehouse Specialist!
You will play a vital role in managing and overseeing the warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Receiving and Storing Materials: Accept goods from suppliers, match them with invoices, and log them into the system.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and arrange materials within the warehouse, ensuring appropriate storage conditions to maintain quality.
  • Material Delivery: Prepare material requests for employees or repair workshops, ensuring they meet the orders.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of receiving and dispensing activities, updating them regularly.
  • Inventory Monitoring: Track inventory levels, check for necessary quantities, and inform relevant parties when needed.
  • Maintenance: Monitor stored materials for damage or spoilage, taking necessary actions to ensure quality.
  • Participating in Inventory Counts: Assist in regular inventory counts and verify stock accuracy.
  • Ensuring Safety: Comply with safety standards in the warehouse, providing a safe work environment for employees.
  • Adherence to Procedures: Follow established warehouse procedures, such as preparing dispensing requests and providing regular reports.
