This full-time Team Manager role is based in Makkah, King Abdullah Economic City, or Rabigh, offering an opportunity to contribute to the group's growth plans.

Role Overview

The Team Manager will lead a self-directing, multi-functional team responsible for the manufacturing and packaging of infant formula products. This position focuses on ensuring adherence to internal and regulatory standards while continuously improving production efficiencies within a safe operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the departmental management team to achieve business goals and contribute to strategy development and implementation.
• Plan and execute plant run times to effectively meet the master production schedule.
• Direct labor resources to ensure required manning levels are maintained across production areas.
• Ensure regulatory, quality, and hygiene standards are upheld within the department, completing all necessary documentation.
• Assist in managing departmental health and safety compliance and implementing corrective actions.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions to address and resolve production issues.
• Manage staff training needs and performance within the designated area of responsibility.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Dairy / Food Technology or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience at a supervisory level, reporting to a plant manager.
• Experience in operating fully automated Seafood plants.

Work Environment

This full-time position is available in Makkah, King Abdullah Economic City, and Rabigh. The role involves working within a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering growth plans for the group, driven by an aggressive expansion program and acquisitions in new vertical markets.
