Inspection Advisor

About the Role

Petro Rabigh is seeking an Inspection Advisor to join their team in Makkah, specifically in Rabigh. This full-time role involves supporting the Inspection Supervisor in executing planned and unplanned integrity inspection programs for static equipment and piping within an assigned unit. The primary objective is to gather essential corrosion and inspection data while accurately assessing the integrity condition of equipment and piping.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Equipment Integrity Surveillance (EIS) program.
• Review Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) programs and coordinate execution plans with Maintenance Planners.
• Analyze acquired inspection data and provide recommendations for necessary repairs or replacements.
• Generate and issue Inspection Work Sheets (IWS) for in-kind replacements or repair activities.
• Refer situations requiring design changes, covered by the Management of Change (MOC) Procedure, to the Engineering Section Inspection & Corrosion Engineers for investigation and action.
• Provide direction to Mechanical Inspectors in the assigned Field Inspection Unit for the implementation of planned Integrity Inspection Programs.
• Conduct external and internal inspections on static equipment.
• Collect required inspection and corrosion data accurately.
• Document inspection findings and review them thoroughly before entry into the Inspection Data Management System (IDMS) Database.
• Maintain continuous interaction with the Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering (OME) team, offering support and guidance for day-to-day operational inspections.
• Respond promptly to Call-In Type Emergency Calls.
• Perform all duties safely and in compliance with relevant Industry Codes and Standards.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. The position requires a professional who can effectively manage inspection programs and ensure the integrity of static equipment and piping.

This is a full-time position based in Rabigh, Makkah. The role involves working closely with inspection, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure operational integrity and compliance with industry standards.
