The Role: Production Officer

Almarai is seeking a Production Officer to join its team in Rabigh. This full-time role involves leading a self-directed, multi-functional team focused on the efficient processing and packing of seafood products. The Production Officer will ensure that all operations adhere to company specifications, production targets, and stringent food safety standards, while also maintaining product quality, yield, and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a self-directed, multi-functional team in seafood processing and packing operations.
• Ensure efficient processing and packing of various seafood products, including shrimp, salmon, and multi-species fish.
• Verify that all production activities comply with established company specifications and production targets.
• Uphold and enforce strict food safety standards throughout the production process.
• Monitor and maintain high product quality, optimal yield, and operational efficiency within defined management performance parameters.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Fish Processing, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a supervisory role within a seafood or food processing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing daily production plans.
• Proven ability to coordinate effectively with both production and maintenance teams.
