Almarai is seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our full-time operations in Rabigh. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of our processing facilities and ensuring operational continuity.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a self-directed, multi-skilled team that provides essential maintenance services. This position ensures that all process machinery and equipment consistently meet internal customer requirements and adhere to established management performance standards within our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a self-directing, multi-skilled team to deliver effective maintenance services.

• Verify that all process machinery and equipment adhere to established management performance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Essential Experience and Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar team leadership role within a large, fully automated Poultry or Meat Processing Plant.
• At least 5 years of experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial large-scale Ammonia and Freon refrigeration equipment, specifically within a Poultry Processing Plant.
• Strong knowledge of the operation and maintenance procedures for Poultry process equipment and machines.
• Proficiency in working with automated equipment and instrumentation.
• Demonstrated computer literacy, with SAP knowledge being highly desirable.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
