Job Description
About the Role
KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a Valve Technician II to join our team in Rabigh. This full-time role is essential for maintaining rotating equipment in optimal condition, involving the installation, maintenance, and repair of various rotating equipment and mechanical systems to meet required operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate maintenance activities to technicians and assemble the necessary work teams.
- Supervise all ongoing jobs and provide regular progress updates to the Foreman.
- Organize manpower resources, equipment, and materials to ensure availability for tasks.
- Arrange all necessary work permits before commencing any work.
- Provide technical advice to Technicians on the proper usage of tools and equipment.
- Coordinate effectively with Operations, Maintenance Planning, and Technical departments to execute and complete jobs efficiently.
- Ensure that SAP data input, history, and actual hours are accurately maintained.
- Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance.
- Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- Strong technical understanding of maintenance management specifically within Oil & Gas Facilities.

Safety and Compliance
The Valve Technician II is responsible for maintaining strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines. This includes ensuring adherence to safe work practices, hazardous work regulations, and proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage. The role also involves encouraging the reporting of Near Misses, unsafe conditions, and acts, participating in Safety audits, and attending scheduled Safety and Technical training sessions.
