Data Analysis Specialist Role

Namaa Partners is seeking a Data Analysis Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience. The specialist will play a key role in collecting, organizing, and analyzing client data to support strategic consulting projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect client data from various sources, ranging from internal performance reports to sector databases, and clean and organize it for analysis.
• Prepare tables and charts for presentation materials and board documents, ensuring accuracy of figures before submission.
• Analyze business, product, and market performance, providing clear interpretations of data to the project team.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for ongoing projects and regularly update monitoring dashboards.
• Build simple computational models to estimate the financial impact of various options presented to clients.
• Document data sources and assumptions used in each analysis for future reference.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Basic knowledge of data analysis, gained through academic study, training, part-time work, or a university project.
• Proficiency in using Excel for tables, functions, and charts.
• Ability to interpret numbers and explain their meaning concisely and clearly.
• Accuracy in working with numbers, with a habit of reviewing files before submission.
• Strong organizational skills for arranging files and sources, and documenting work completed.
• Willingness to learn new analysis tools and dashboards with guidance from the team.
• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic, and working proficiency in English for reading and correspondence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience with Power BI or similar tools for building dashboards.
• Knowledge of SQL or Python fundamentals for data manipulation.
• Familiarity with sectors in which the company operates, such as family groups, financial services, or government entities.
• Background in accounting, finance, or business administration.

Work Environment and Growth

This is a full-time, fully remote position, with tasks performed from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role offers direct involvement in projects for decision-makers within prominent entities in the Kingdom. You will work closely with those who define and execute projects, without multiple management layers separating analysis from decision-making. This provides early exposure to areas such as strategy, growth, operating models, and performance improvement. Successful candidates will be comfortable working with unstructured data, organizing it independently, and communicating findings clearly and concisely. The role requires calmness, organization, and the ability to verify sources, especially as project requirements and priorities may shift.
