About the Role

شركة موصل is seeking a Marketing and Sales Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves developing and executing marketing and sales strategies, managing advertising campaigns, and fostering strong client relationships. The specialist will be responsible for driving sales and enhancing the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and sales plans for the company’s properties, projects, and advertising spaces.
• Manage advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms, monitor performance, and optimize results within allocated budgets.
• Oversee content and social media channels, ensuring alignment with the company’s visual identity.
• Manage the company’s Google Maps presence, monitor ratings and comments, and coordinate complaint resolution.
• Generate leads, assess customer needs, and present suitable options and offers.
• Follow up on sales opportunities from initial inquiry to contract completion, coordinating with internal departments.
• Organize property visits and viewings, and conduct field marketing and sales activities.
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate with clients within approved pricing and authority limits.
• Attract advertisers, sell advertising spaces across company properties, develop packages, and manage contract renewals.
• Update customer information and follow-up stages in the CRM system, documenting communication outcomes and reasons for lost opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, advertisers, and agencies to encourage repeat business and sales growth.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis, providing recommendations for improving offers and lead-generation channels.
• Coordinate with designers and photographers for content and advertising material production.
• Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers and advertising agencies, and follow up on related contracts.
• Prepare campaign and sales performance reports, measuring lead quality, conversion rates, and return on investment.
• Monitor progress towards marketing and sales targets and recommend actions to improve results.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing and sales.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads and Meta.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and performance report analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in client acquisition, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Valid driving license and ability to travel and work in the field.
• A portfolio showcasing examples of previous campaigns, projects, and their results must be submitted with the application.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Saudi real estate sector or advertising space sales.
• An established network of contacts among clients and advertising agencies.
• Professional certifications in Google Analytics or digital marketing.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring a proactive approach to both office-based tasks and field activities, including client visits and property viewings.
