We are looking for an enthusiastic ready-to-wear saleswoman to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting customers and providing an excellent shopping experience. The job is temporary but full-time at Fabrik's headquarters in Riyadh, responsible for managing the concept store and communicating with customers to ensure a high-end shopping experience, in addition to overseeing the daily operations of the store. Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in choosing the right pieces. Maintaining the organization and tidiness of the clothing section and displaying products attractively. Handling sales and payment transactions efficiently and accurately. Main tasks: Welcoming customers and directing them within the store. Providing a distinguished customer experience that reflects a positive image of the brand. Providing accurate and comprehensive information about products and their prices. Maintaining store order, organizing products, and ensuring correct pricing. Issuing product purchase orders and managing incoming inventory. Managing payment transactions and receiving payments from customers. Handling exchange and return requests according to store policy. Conveying customer feedback and requests to management to contribute to improving and developing services. Required skills: Initial experience in sales and retail (especially in fashion or products). Familiarity with customer behavior and customer service principles. Proficiency in communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with customers. Behavioral competencies: Initiative and flexibility in dealing. Organization, tidiness, attention to detail, and general taste. Achieving goals and commitment to results.
