Job Description

Full-time position at the Fabrik headquarters in Riyadh, responsible for managing the concept store and communicating with customers to ensure a high-end shopping experience, in addition to overseeing the daily operations of the store

Key Tasks

Welcoming and directing customers within the store

Providing a distinguished customer experience that reflects a positive image of the brand

Providing accurate and comprehensive information about products and their prices

Maintaining store order, organizing products, and ensuring correct pricing

Issuing product purchase orders and managing incoming inventory

Managing payment processes and receiving payments from customers

Handling exchange and return requests according to store policy

Conveying customer feedback and requests to management to contribute to improving and developing services


Required Skills

Previous experience in sales and retail (especially in fashion or products)

Familiarity with customer behavior and customer service principles

Proficiency in communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with customers
