About the Marketing & Social Media Specialist Role

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Marketing & Social Media Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities, managing the company's digital channels, and driving brand awareness and audience engagement to achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all company social media platforms.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and content plans.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
• Maintain and manage the company's Google Business Profile.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate effectively with designers, content creators, and internal stakeholders.
• Stay informed about current digital marketing trends and propose innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager within the scope of the role.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management is necessary.
• Previous experience within the real estate sector is preferred.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in social media management tools and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience with digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience managing and optimizing Google Business Profile listings.
• Ability to develop effective marketing strategies and analyze campaign performance data.
• Excellent content creation and communication skills.
• Creative thinking, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires the specialist to be present in the Riyadh office.
