About the Role

Mina Excellence is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join its team. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience, particularly within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The specialist will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, executing digital marketing campaigns, and enhancing brand presence to drive customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the company's social media accounts across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and implement a monthly social media content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
  • Create engaging content that highlights products, promotions, and customer experiences.
  • Coordinate and oversee food and beverage photography and videography.
  • Write compelling captions and promotional copy that aligns with the brand's voice.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators to produce high-quality content.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Engage with customers by responding to comments, messages, and online reviews professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with influencers and content creators to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Support the marketing of new product launches, seasonal promotions, and new branch openings.
  • Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and F&B industry developments.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media for restaurants, cafés, or food & beverage brands.
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Excellent copywriting skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
  • Proven experience in creating content strategies that increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing restaurants, cafés, or specialty coffee brands.
  • Familiarity with delivery platforms such as Jahez, HungerStation, Mrsool, and ToYou.
  • Experience working with influencers and managing influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Looker Studio.
  • Basic understanding of food styling and visual content production.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous social media campaigns and managed accounts.
