About the Role

Professional Communication is seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a creative and results-driven individual to develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will possess strong content creation skills, a solid understanding of digital marketing trends, and the ability to analyze campaign performance for optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms including Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
  • Manage the company's social media calendars and ensure consistent posting.
  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build online communities.
  • Analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media best practices.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and copywriters to produce high-quality content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support product launches, events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Work with influencers and content creators to expand brand reach.
  • Monitor competitors' social media activities and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their advertising tools.
  • Experience using Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in content planning and campaign management.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
