This full-time role is responsible for the daily management of publishing, monitoring, and performance reporting across the company's social media channels. The specialist ensures content is published accurately and on schedule, tracks engagement, monitors audience feedback, and identifies relevant trends to improve content performance and brand visibility.

Role Context

The Social Media Specialist will be an integral part of a growing creative and marketing team, operating within a dynamic business environment. This position offers the opportunity to manage social media presence for multiple brands, support significant brand initiatives, and contribute to enhancing content performance and overall digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the publishing schedule across various social media platforms.
• Publish approved content accurately and punctually across all designated channels.
• Coordinate with copywriters, designers, motion designers, and the creative team to ensure content readiness for publishing.
• Monitor social media channels, including comments, mentions, messages, and audience engagement.
• Track relevant trends, conversations, and topics to identify new content opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports for social media content and campaigns.
• Analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, clicks, follower growth, and content performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations for future content strategy improvements.
• Maintain and update the content calendar.
• Ensure all published content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and platform-specific requirements.
• Support campaign launches, announcements, and real-time publishing needs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for content approvals or clarifications as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• 1+ years of experience in social media, content management, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
• Demonstrated experience in content publishing, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
• Good understanding of social media metrics and performance analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly concerning captions, visuals, links, tags, and publishing formats.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and content calendars concurrently.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage urgent publishing requests.
• Organized, proactive, and reliable work ethic.
