Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Job Objective:

Accurately surveying and calculating work quantities from execution drawings, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and supporting the technical office in pricing and interim payments.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Surveying quantities from architectural, structural, and electromechanical drawings (Take-off).

• Preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) according to specifications and contractual items.

• Preparing monthly interim payments for the client and subcontractor payments and reviewing them.

• Calculating quantities of materials required for supply and reconciling them with actual site execution.

• Participating in tender pricing and analyzing price items.

• Preparing quantity surveys for additional works and Variation Orders.

• Reconciling executed quantities with contractual quantities and identifying discrepancies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (or a technical diploma with strong experience).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel, and preferably familiarity with Revit or quantity surveying software.

• Good knowledge of Saudi specifications and measurement principles.

• High accuracy in numbers.
