Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and welcoming customers in a professional manner.
  • Executing sales and cash and electronic collection operations accurately.
  • Issuing invoices and ensuring the accuracy of orders before delivery.
  • Reconciling cash amounts with daily sales and closing the cash register at the end of the shift.
  • Efficiently handling Point of Sale (POS) devices.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and addressing feedback or directing it to the direct supervisor.
  • Coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure correct order delivery.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the cashier area.
  • Adhering to restaurant policies and procedures and customer service standards.
  • Reporting any malfunctions in cash registers or POS devices.
  • Contributing to achieving customer satisfaction and providing excellent service.
  • Performing any other related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in restaurants or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and good customer interaction.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Familiarity with using Point of Sale (POS) devices.
  • Commitment and discipline in working hours.
