Job Title: Accountant

شركة قيم للتعليم is seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing financial and accounting operations, ensuring accurate transaction recording, and preparing financial reports in accordance with established accounting policies, procedures, and systems.

Role Overview

The Accountant will be responsible for the precise organization and execution of all financial and accounting processes. This includes maintaining meticulous records, preparing essential financial documentation, and ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and record daily entries and accounting adjustments.
• Conduct bank reconciliations, review discrepancies, and process necessary adjustments.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Review financial documents, including receipt and disbursement vouchers.
• Participate in the preparation of trial balances and final accounts.
• Audit payroll statements and financial entitlements.
• Track fixed asset records, depreciation, and inventory.
• Prepare accounting reports and ensure proper archiving of financial documents.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in accounting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial operations and ensure accuracy.
• Proficiency in preparing financial reports and adhering to accounting standards.
